IMPORTANT RENTAL INFORMATION

• Advance reservations are required.
• Availability is limited to one package at each pickup location.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup.
• A refundable equipment-security deposit is required at pickup.
• Equipment must be returned to the same location where it was collected.
• Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment.
• Florida fishing licenses are not included. We can help guests determine what license may be required.

CANCELLATION AND WEATHER POLICY

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If unsafe weather conditions prevent fishing, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund before the equipment is picked up.
